Both are too far. I know someone who makes $25 per hour with a 40 min commute without snow. It’s not worth it IMO especially with the bs at work. They’re looking for a remote job now. If you’ll be working for Amazon, I’d say go with the Amazon job, its easier to move up/get hired for other Amazon jobs from what I’ve heard. I’d be applying for other jobs after 6 months in that position though bc it’s not enough money for me.Lets say you dont have a car. And you got an offer for 2 jobs..
- At the 25/hour job you'll be making railroad wheels and dealing with casting, molding, melting and shyt like that
Starts at 25 an hour then jumps up to 27.50 after a 90 day probation period. Can work up to 14 consecutive 12 hour days and get at the most 4 days off. Drastic climates. Not on a bus line so its 3+ hours walking distance and you got to walk on a freeway and like 3/4 bridges
- The other jobs starts at 19.50/hour. You'll mostly be handling shipments and checking receipts for said shipments and shyt. Also will track shipments, load trucks, doing inventory, dealing with sheet logs, etc. Some bullshyt.... Only have to work 3 days a weeks, 12 hours a day. If you work 36 hours you'll get paid for 40. Work overtime when YOU want to. Walking distance is a little over 2 hours buts its mostly a straight shot, but its also on the bus line (not even a 35 min ride)
Some benefits
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits available on day one (no waiting period)
- One paid Community Involvement Day available per calendar year
- Flexible work environment
- Tuition reimbursement
- Earn up to 120 hours vacation during your first year of service
- Global company with small company feel
- Onsite Fitness center
- Public Transit access
- Safety shoes reimbursed at $100 per year or $175 every two years
- Safety prescription glasses through approved program
- $100 Amazon Gift Card for COVID-19 vaccinated team members
- 401k matching (100% of first 3%, 50% of next 3% = 4.5% match on 6% contribution)
Which one are yall going with??? Im going with the 25/hour job. Walking aint shyt for me.

Cats on the coli telling on themselves and they don’t even know.Thats nice.
You try it though.
Exactly and if im being honest id take a job making $25-30 an hour not having to drive 10 hours a day vs driving 10 hours a day at $43 an hour with everything that comes with it. fukk That.Cats on the coli telling on themselves and they don’t even know.
I make pretty good money wfh and I sleep most of the time.
I’ll be at $43 an hour pretty soon doing the same.
Meanwhile trucking is hard work.
If you ask me, I’d rather wfh conserving my energy than on the road making the same amount.
Plus gas and maintenance of the truck aren’t factored in.
I got a recruiter hitting me up right now over. A 43/hr job, I ain’t interested because I’d have to commute 35 minutes. fukk that.Thecoli.com
“$43 an hour isn’t something to be excited about”

Nah but Ive actually been thinking about getting one. IDK how to ride a bike though. My dad showed a while back and one time I almost crashed and said never again. And Uber'ing to and back from the job would be like 60 bucks a day fukk that.

Good for you. It's still not going with you when your last day on the surface of this earth arrives. What are you really living for. You sound vain breh. You can't be fulfilling your purpose while talking about what somebody else is choosing to do and help their city.

Yeah you can't take it with you but you can enjoy it while you have it.
Imagine not striving to get your paper up just because you can't take it with you when you die.![]()
I'm good breh.
