I think that Malcolm X made it a point to address racism, self reliance , and self respect. There aren't really evangelical black Muslims... they promote themselves , not push a religion.

the nation of islam's (from where malcolm x came from) whole reason for existence is to push an islamic based religion on black people and pushing a ridiculous notion of islam being the black man's religion, they evangelize every day in black neighborhoods
