Well, I watched 28 Years Later on Netflix the other morning...
After all those years of waiting and the anticipation being high, that shyt was mid

.
The first half, with the boy and his father, was good, in fact, that's the movie I assume most people were expecting, but then the second half, with the boy and his mother, was just awful.
Not in the sense that it was bad but rather it felt like a completely different movie with little to no horror, it was leading towards the fantasy genre with some of that bone temple shyt. I'm hearing the new one, directed by Nia, is a bit better, so I'm going to try to get around to seeing it in theaters or I'll wait until it hits streaming services.
We all know 28 Days Later is a classic, and 28 Weeks Later, while some have mixed feelings about it, it's somewhat neck to neck with the first movie in terms of overall suspense, horror, and most importantly, continuity. 28 Years Later makes 28 Weeks look like an Oscar-tier movie.
