2K actually has servers for their park/team up where there are multiple people playing at once. But they will never host dedicated servers for online head to head. Thats just feasibly impossible. Now 2K does have shytty netcode on their servers tho. Same as Netherrealm

At least from experience this weekend the online was fine, didn't really get much lag at all

Same here no lag at all, and i was on the first day it dropped.

Maybe the op's skills are wack and he's using lag as an excuse
