The 1st three tracks is one of the best 3 song stretches in hip hop... Hellrazor is a top 10 Pac track. I be ready to whoop asses with cans of vegetables after listenin to that shyt. Classic album...

Folks who were around him during the time frame these were made said that these were suppose to come after Me against the world but once he went to jail Biggie basically took the style of what his album was and made ready to die...so he scrapped it and started working on All Eyez on Me

its a compilation of tracks he recorded from 92- 94. Most of those tracks would've been on his 3rd album but he scrapped it cuz Biggie bit the concept on Ready To Die. He ended up making MATW instead.

but yea I think your right, he was gonna release it in December of 1995 after MATW cuz he thought he'd be in jail till 1999

This album would've followed up Me Against the World, Tupac originally planned on releasing R U Still Down in December of 1995 thinking that he wasn't going to be released from prison until 1999, but death Row bailed him out so the album was never released.
