This is art inspired by Pac...and not that it matters I do take it personal that you just kinda 1 starred the shyt willy nilly like I"m just in here shyt posting, this is Hip Hop.
First of all let me give props to @dora_da_destroyer who is a quality poster and inspired this thread by sharing a personal story.
Secondly, this is Hip Hop.
The Music Industry or record labels didn't sanction this. I doubt most of these artist got paid/commissioned to do these. Even if they did...half the shyt is illegal and was probably dangerous to do on the more taller exhibits. I doubt money was the motive behind any of this.
Third, if you love Pac do not support people using his influence inappropriately. He was a multifacted individual, there is much to draw from his music and poetry, not all of it was positive but it was human. Do not reward those who you feel are not doing his legacy justice.
