Johnny J to me is the most underrated hip hop producer ever this guy has about 50 if not 100 historical tracks with Pac I've always been super suspicious about his cause of death.
Just listening now and yes the track that was produced by pooh is the og you can't fade me. I got the tracks mixed up. Pac's unreleased catalogue is insanely good

It's funny how Daz always claims he was that guy during Pac's AEOM, but Johnny J produced the biggest record on that album and also his only number 1 song ln the Billboard charts (How Do U Want It).

Wyclef took shots in a Vibe article where he was critical of the whole Thug aspect of Hip Hop. Lauryn had lines all over The Score about it.

Pac had some scorched earth mentality as anyone with any kind of link could get it. Fugees were sneak dissing with some "East side is the best side" slick talk at an awards show plus Haitian Jack rolled with em. With Da Brat its apparently because she jacked a sample Pac had used for this:

That and some behind the scenes beef with Left Eye not liking her and what she said in various interviews. Having her sister in Toss It Up had to have a meaning but who knows? So So Def was Bad Boy II in that respect as both took huge chunks of the Wests flex to create their sound and style.
Mans was just perpetually looking for someone, anyone to beef with over the minutest things. More often than not though there really was something there, just not enough to justify his over reaction.

It's crazy that Johnny J never found massive success after 2pac given he was part of a hip-hop classic.
