You should be concerned with her spending habits.

Y'all should be saving part of your income, investing it etc.

I'm not concerned cause she's frugal. Don't really buy anything at all cause everything we need is included in the household budget really.

We're both definitely saving money... looking into.a rental property at some point.

@JT-Money our income ain't crazy, like 150 on the high side...we just live a simple life. You gotta watch what you're spending just as closely as what's coming in.

Your earning potential doesn’t go up because of marriage. Higher earning men are in a better position to get married. College educated men and women get married at greater rate as well. My bad if that was your point.

SO Marriage is a function of socioeconomic status :unimpressed:

And has no determing factor on how much you make :unimpressed:

Men with money get married more often ya don't say :mjlol:

Probably thrown out of whack by including the top 1% too :unimpressed:
:yeshrug:

You wanted to know how many more hours married men worked since they make more money.

1 more hour is the answer.

I make more than practically all my married friends. Some of which their wives don't work. And others who are on their second marriage while still paying child support.

The ones who both spouses make good money spend it almost as fast as they make it. After yearly vacations, kids and leaching inlaws most are drowning in debt.

Marriage isn't this great way to wealth since most lead to divorce. Just look at the financial statistics of divorced couples who are ruined once the marriage dissolves.

High value guys don't really gain much financially getting married. You almost always lose because women make less while spending more. I'm making well over 6 figures why risk my income to a divorce? For guys who don't make good money then marriage is a come up usually. But not for 6 certs 6 figures we take all the risk with little upside.
