City of Columbus has a population of almost 930k, with a nice contingent of that being Ohio State grads. Pretty sure attendance wouldn't be an issue. They were just outside for a Rutgers game in November with a temperature of 27 degrees at kickoff. That game drew 100k. Last year, versus the Vols was a sellout with a high of 30 degrees. That cold, sloppy game stuff only matters to folks from warm-weather climates.
Not disagreeing bro..Just saying those extra weeks during the winter would look different..30 degrees vs 5 degrees and with the majority of the fans are mostly students - doesn't matter if September or later November..start to going into mid December, finals, college shutdown time, where even the local businesses know and it's a different story even on college cities like Columbus and Ann Arbor.
That's all. I'm going to end this as I don't want to continue going back and forth when we both have favorable things and agree there's still alot to make this college playoff a better experience with many factors to include.
