I got legit chills thinking about that night. I swear Bryan's career is like a damn Greek tragedy. WWE fought that man to the very end. Call me crazy but I swear there was a hit out on dude to shorten his career quicker.

Look at this...

I seen different variations of suplexes...but something felt off when they did this particular one.

Then again I could be reaching:jbhmm:

He tries to rev it up when he's in the ring with technicians so he don't get blown away during the match reviews. Everyone knows Bryan has an insane move list..so he tried to follow suit on the big stage. Cripple H is as transparent as a Instagram hoe.

this whole "the chant was more over than him" narrative is one of the dumbest things i've ever seen in TSC, like how the fukk do you even come to that conclusion :why:

they had other people doing it and no one gave a fukk, Del Rio, Brie and even Big Show were all doing it at one point and if the chant was so over they all would get pops by proxy for doing it which wasn't the case at all

the chant did help him get more over with the casuals due to the Team Hell No run but you're an idiot if you think the chant was more over than he is, cats was chanting "Daniel Bryan" just as much as they were chanting Yes

It was pathetic how Brie was siphoning the Yes chants and Bryan's moves in general and getting 1/3 of the reaction. Even worse when Steph does it and the crowd just dies

I think the myth of how spectacular bryans run will be a curse

Like how biggie and PAC dying before they got a chance to make it to the 2000s makes them seem holier Han thou compared to mainstays and consistent greats like nas and jay

Bryan had a strong two years but sheesh...he was no cm punk at the end of the day

Well... Goldberg's run was basically 2 years, maybe even less, before WCW went full WCW with their booking, and he's still looked at mostly fondly 20 years later.

Danielson earned his reputation back from 2003-2008. Everything else is just extra and when the crowd treated him like a God the night after WM 28, in truth, he definitely surpassed your CM Punk fetish. And if you don't believe that? Go check out the crowd backing heel Bryan over Punk at Over the Limit 2012...mixed reaction but the males were definitely Daniel Bryan with that match and giving Punk "NO" chants. Bryan is the definition of legitimate in credibility. He was ultra cheered in every hard market...London, Toronto, Philly, Angle's hometown, Miami kicked it off, LA, and Seattle went insane. That's Eddie Guerrero type love...no joke.
