Now try running hill sprint shuttles, 25m intervals up to 100m, let's say...10-15° incline.

We have new stair masters at my gym that let you do farmers carry or push your own weight against the treads. It’s one of the most grueling workouts that I have done in my life. Keep up the good work OP!

Rowing machine in inefficient.

Stairmaster and treadmill are scientifically proven as the best.

StairMasters are great for lower body conditioning but can be tougher on the joints and may not burn as many calories as rowing machines. If your primary goal is to lose weight and improve overall fitness, a rowing machine like the SOLE SR550 is likely the better choice.


Edit: I have both in my home gym (just a vertical climber, not stair master).. I just been rowing more lately due to less noise…
