Their relation to the state is the problem. Many members of the state make up these subgroups. Many people in the military, police forces, elected officials, and other institutions of power from the local to the national level sympathize with these views.

Back in the early 20th century, we had an era of workers protections being put in place as a result of repeated strikes, bombings, dead workers, and violent street battles. Capital will not go down without a fight. On top of income inequality we also have to contend with climate change caused by these companies who are doing the bare minimum to address it now after years of refusing to acknowledge the problem or take action. Things are about to get way worse before they get better. Better get ready for mass strikes, more shortages, and more violence. These people won't do the right thing unless they have no other options.
