Well, when it comes to black men, there's no standards. Generally, since black men don't control the access to resources for black women, black men generally have less control and say so in the home in comparison to non-black men. So, HOH is kinda just a tag line instead of an actual agenda/way of life for black men in general.

This is why I laugh whenever I hear black women chastise black men for being mean, harsh or any other variant. In comparison to others, we are nothing of the sort.
