H-Town isn't exactly known for zoning so shyt can look night/day just on the same street. That heat is no joke. Your most miserable summer day in NYC/Philly etc., just add 10 degrees, a bit more humidity and know you're getting 5 months of that minimum....plus the occasional Cat 4+ hurricane.

1. I don't want to live in Texas
2. Lotta house means lotta upkeep. Lot of folks hop into these mortgages but balk at insurance and upkeep costs. Not to mention Houston CAN get extreme weather events like hurricanes. That's a cost as well.
3. I hate hardwood floors upstairs or in my bedroom. Costs.
4. I don't want to live in fukking TEXAS.
5. All those high ceilings means it's going to cost more to cool as well. COSTS.
6. For a house of that size there should be a way bigger yard. That patio was cool but there's virtually NO green space.
