Why?

Because you can live in the suburbs that look nice, manicured lawns, super quiet, kids playing outside, elders sitting in chairs enjoying the day...

And you can have a whole trap house on the block and a grow house on the next street, and you wont know till dudes shoot the place up, or rob it.

And you can live 10 miles down the street from the hood where folks getting shot up daily.

Happens all the time in Houston Suburbs, so the LO is important if its in the vicinity of apartment complexes dont do it.

Texas is having a huge increase in gang violence and a surge in drugs, its damn near like the 80s right now even my grandparents who live in a small ass city, in a quiet middle class neighborhood has had gangs takeover.

Now you see alot of a particular color being worn, cars of that particular color driving all over the city and shootings happening weekly all in their tiny area of like 30 sq miles.

I would not move to TX right now, im thankful i got out at the right time, shyt is all over the place now.

TLDR: Cheap houses isnt just beneficial to law abiding citizens.
Is the zoning (or lack thereof) in houston that bad? Excuse my ignorance, but i havent been there to really see whats going on.
