I ain't one of these cats that ain't ever played a sport past high school. I know what I'm fukking talking about. I'm one of those "serious" football players. You don't get that strong without help. There's a limit to how much weight you can realistically push in a single workout. It'd be different if this was videos spread across a day or two, but benching 10 plates and then pressing 120 ain't natural......and for the record in case anyone is curious Larry Allen is the strongest person to ever play football ever.

I hear ya... But if dude has been lifting consistently for the last 20 years then I can see it for some cats. Obviously he's a special cat for him to have played at an elite level for this long.... :yeshrug:

Earlier, you made fun of another dude for commenting on Harrison's sweats. Now you commenting on another man's clothes?

Hilarious. Unwarranted Self-Importance. :mjlol:

Here we go.

Of course you did. :childplease:

:camby:
Why can't dudes just give well accomplish people their due? Always has to be some side-comment, some backwards complement, some preamble.

Some story about what you did in high-school, how you're not impressed. Dogg, don't nobody care about all them high-school stories. James Harrison an elite athlete, doing elite athlete stuff. Give dude his props and let it roll.

Because 405 is not f*cking impressive for a f*ckin' NFL LB. That would be like me saying "Guys, watch this 6'6" NBA player dunk a basketball" Nikka, you're a 6'6" professional athlete, you should be able to dunk a basketball :heh: I think the average NFL player can do 225 15-20 easy, here are the combine records:

Bench press records[edit]
At the NFL combine, bench press is used as a test of strength and stamina, in which athletes lift 225 pounds (102 kg) as many times as possible.[14] Since 1999, only fourteen men at the combine have managed to achieve more than 40 "reps" (repetitions).[15][16]

Terna Nande for example is was drafted as a linebacker, he repped 225 41 times ( :damn: ) All I'm trying to say is that maxing out at 405 isn't THAT impressive for an NFL linebacker, I'm pretty sure most of them are around 400 lbs :manny:

It kind of is impressive to max that much weight, as they are professional football players, not professional powerlifters.

Now if we're talking professional wrestlers, where many of them come from Bodybuilding/Powerlifting backgrounds.... 405 isn't impressive unless you're a smaller wrestler.

Yall realize how LONG this man been at this shyt? :pachaha:

On top of genetics, best trainers in the WORLD, and just flat out consistency. You can tell he LOVES lifting, heavy at that. Harrison's routine is most likely intense/heavy on every single weight exercise. Go up in weight on every set with lower reps.

CONSISTENCY is huge, the shyt is FOR LIFE not just the summer:russ: And even on that alone, most will never be able to fukk with this type of weight. Everybody is made up different. What's outta control are some of the d-lineman that's 6'4 and up, long ass arms, under 300lbs fukkin with this type of weight.
To be 37 still in the league(if he still is) at linebacker, O/D line, STILL liftin heavy like that with tendons still intact is :damn::blessed:

Harrison really is a physical freak. Always been a fan. One of the few truly intimidating players in his prime.
