it could be a 100lb bar

and for the guys saying "i benched 315 in high school," there are diminishing returns as you go up in weight. it's easier to go from 225-315 than it is to go from 315-405.

You missed the point of what I was saying.... It's those cats who dress like that, who aint lifting no weights...they just wanna look cute in the gym.

I'm not. I see what your saying, but why do you care about what they doing? Shouldn't you be focused on lifting your own weights?

Not to mention, This dude has 20+ more years of wear and tear on his body than anybody bragging about their HS Bench max.

i aint trying to stunt on none of these old heads in the gym, cause more times than not, they gon put you to shame....and go to sleep at 8:45pm cause they got a schedule to maintain
