I workout in shorts and one of them dri fit shirts. He looks uncomfortable. Please enlighten me on why he has on a full sweat suit. Not even trying to be funny, put me up on game.

I also maxed out at 315 in HS. Guarantee James Harrison's max is way higher than 405...
But strength is like the one part of your athleticism that you can maintain or improve on as you age (that was the premise behind the last Rocky movie btw). I would bet he's stronger at 37 than he was at 27, or about the same. I'm 31 and I'm about as strong as I was when I was 18,19 and 20 but I don't work out or lift half as much. It just stays with you...for those commenting about 37 being old...first of all, i'm 36 myself so that'd be like calling myself old. the point is, the wear and tear of professional football, especially at his position and being in the kind of physical shape he's in BEFORE the season is impressive.
what you bench in highschool don't mean sh*t. holler at me when you're knocking on 40. father time is undefeated.
. I remember somebody posted a video of him doing pushups with a 300 lb O-lineman on his fukkin back. It's not the weight that amazes me as much as it is the complete and utter lack of struggle

Sometimes I'll go over there and hit the bench, especially when it's not crowded. My gym is kind of small, so I'm not waiting around for all that shyt. Hell, I had one of those weight benches from Walmart in the crib a few years ago, but I didn't really use it too much. Let me hold it down in the circuit room where all the bytches think I'm skrong cause they gotta move the pin to a lighter weight on the chest press when I'm done![]()
