more than likely for metabolic stimulation...he'll burn more calories to cut down.

Thanks for a non juvenile responses. So is it's a weight thing? I guess that makes sense. It was so foriegn to me because I'm naturally slim. I've always had issues with gaining weight as opposed to losing it, so I didn't understand why someone would have all that extra material on.

considering Harrison is coming off the off season getting ready for camp, it'd make sense he's trying to shed necessary pounds to make weight. i regularly see heavy lifters in the gym rocking sweats :manny:

That's the exact reason tho breh

You focused on what he's wearing, not that he's probably Arnold Pressing weight that you'd probably never be able to do.

What reason? You never game me one. Why are you trying to act so cool instead of helping me understand? Are you trying to be an a$$hole? And you're right, I will never be able to Press that amount of weight like him. Am I supposed to be ashamed of that or something? He's a damn freak of nature. Plus lifting isn't my thing. Am I a lame now, because Im not knee deep in the weight lifting game, and can't "Arnold" press 120 pound weights:heh:

He's probably more focused on comfort,than aesthetics....plus he's 37 years old and 270+

he's probably not giving any fukks about anything but getting a good workout in.

I would have been impressed if he was reppin' that, but he was just maxin' out. Either way :salute: for his dedication You actually get stronger as you get older, I would say your strength peaks around 35-40 years old as a man, unless of course you are :flabbynsick:

his max is 405, which is amazing for somebody who's not a lineman.

I'm not trying to front, but I maxed at 315 when I was in high school, I don't think 405 is that impressive personally for a 37 year old male who's been lifting 10 years plus with his body mass. I believe Harrison is an OLB no? Perhaps for a DB that might be impressive, not a linebacker, just my .02 cents. Regardless it's still takes an incredible amount of dedication, he could have easily been maxing at 320-350 and still have enough strength to play at the pro level, he obviously dedicates a lot of time to his craft, and that gets my :salute:

Harrison is an undersized 3-4 LB.... but still at his age, going that hard in the gym is a feat in itself.

Seeing dudes like this, makes you never want to accept that being :flabbynsick: is acceptable cause you're not in your 20's anymore

cats who've done nothing in life having major health issues just simply living 37 years...and he's outchea lifting like he's on some lockup documentary

Peep his grip width forreal, that shyt aint no muthafukkin joke. You see cats like James Harrison lifting like that at his weight, he probably been fukkin with the weights since he was little, MAY have even stunted his height a little. Football players are just strong in general. Played college ball with receivers that was maxin 335+
