his max is 405, which is amazing for somebody who's not a lineman.
It looks like they attached a plate on each end when he got it in the air. That would make it 495.

Why does he have on all those heavy ass clothes![]()

I would have been impressed if he was reppin' that, but he was just maxin' out. Either wayfor his dedication You actually get stronger as you get older, I would say your strength peaks around 35-40 years old as a man, unless of course you are

Dunno why but this made meHe looks uncomfortable. Please enlighten me on why he has on a full sweat suit.

real talk tho, them dudes that be hitting the gym looking like they getting ready to skydive or gear up for a SWAT request...usually the ones who just stay on the elliptical and maybe...maybe do some pullups.

Here we go.I'm not trying to front,
Of course you did.but I maxed at 315 when I was in high school,

I don't think 405 is that impressive personally for a 37 year old male who's been lifting 10 years plus with his body mass. I believe Harrison is an OLB no? Perhaps for a DB that might be impressive, not a linebacker, just my .02 cents. Regardless it's still takes an incredible amount of dedication, he could have easily been maxing at 320-350 and still have enough strength to play at the pro level, he obviously dedicates a lot of time to his craft, and that gets my![]()

And a lot dontBecause a lot of them do...
