Not gonna lie...if I had to live NYC and I had to grind, I'd do it for a year or 2 and stack my money real serious. I'd never be in the apartment, so it wouldn't be all that bad. But I need a bathroom. Ain't no way in hell I'd share a bathroom.

The space doesn't bother me. It's the lack of amenities, i still need my own kitchen, my own tiolet, my own shower, and i really really appreciate the ability to wash my own clothes. I'm not trying to feel like i'm living in a college dorm.
