The space doesn't bother me. It's the lack of amenities, i still need my own kitchen, my own tiolet, my own shower, and i really really appreciate the ability to wash my own clothes. I'm not trying to feel like i'm living in a college dorm.

Nevermind, didnt know it had no toilet:scust:

Im out:hubie:

I've worked with people that lived in similar "apts." They live that "always out and about" lifestyle. Use the shower and toilet at the gym, eat out every meal or take leftovers from conference rooms. etc. Basically, the apartment is a place to sleep and keep their things.

And that's what I don't get. What's the point of living in city and you can't even bring bytches back to the crib or have your homies over? I love to cook and I couldn't do it in my own crib. I don't care how cheap it is, I can't live like that.
You're only in the apartment to sleep and you could always go to their places if at home leisure time is your priority in a city like NYC.

Not gonna lie, if I was in New York I'd prolly have a similar setup. I'd only be there to hustle up as much money and accumulate as many connection as I could in the smallest time possible. I'd literally only be in the apartment to sleep and eat something small, like a granola bar or protein shake. I'd shower at the gym/whatever female I'm dealing with spot. Having a place like that would keep you motivated as hell to stay out your house for as long as possible. $385 a month to have a shelter in Manhattan is a win no matter how you slice it.
