Cats download albums for free all the time, but have the nerve to get mad when dude got paid and certifiications for getting his album downloaded a million times for free

That's old news. Jay had a 3 album deal with live nation to be partners in roc nation. In may they signed a new deal for ONLY jays touring
This album is all Indy being that he owns roc nation and no major is behind it. Which is why he can do only tidal and he's talking about no advances and taking real chances
So no. The label is not buying albums cause that would mean jay was paying roc nation to "buy" his own albums, from himself. And they are all on his stream anyway, which is also owns.
