Obvious sign: If the lady taking your order is too nice.

The meaner the cashier, the BETTER the food.

I want the middle-aged auntie with lunch lady arms......who never looks at you. She looking down with the pen and pad taking your order.

Also, the restaurant must have the following:

- Cash only, NO debit cards

- A sign in the window that says "No ticket, no food"

- The cooking area is not visible at all

- Crappy parking

If you come across this, you KNOW the food is banging.

I need my restaurant to be a little run down and slightly unsanitary and the servers and cooks a little rude.
