IMO if she's 21 and up she's fair game. Yeah 18 is legal but they're basically fresh out of high school and the same at 19. Immature and no life experience. Personally I wouldn't fukk with a girl that young (I'm 36) but do you breh.

i mean...ive dated 27 year olds who are just as annoying and immature as young girls. to me theres not THAT much of a difference. the key is that above 21 a girl will at least have her own job and money. and most of them will have some experience in dealing with men in relationships.
