40 man and D-Bry still ain't gonna participate :bryan: :troll:
He should come down to the ring at the end with Brie and Nikki to celebrate Cena winning his 3rd rumble and lead the "Yes" chants

I only remember Del Rio won the last one.:ld:

Also, the return of @Kevin_Nash as Diesel. He sure milked the reaction he got:mjpls:

With the roster they got right now, I guess they'll have a bunch of NXT stars on it, apart from the usual surprise entrants. Unless they put the Bunny, el Torito, Hornswoggle...:snoop:

When was the last time we had:
1. A rumble winner that actually elevated a wrestler to main event status
2. A rumble winner that wasn't a previous rumble winner
3. A rumble winner that nobody thought would win

1. 2005 (Batista)
2. 2012 (Sheamus)
3. 2012 (Pretty much everyone thought that Jericho was winning.)

The answer that satisfies all three conditions is probably Austin in 1997, which should tell you something about the state of this company.

I can't believe that they're doing a 40 man Rumble again, especially since the last 40 man Rumble they did wasn't good at all. The last third of that match was especially dull. And they're doing it at a time when their roster is even thinner than it was in 2011? Madness...

Hopefully, some NXT guys get something out of it. :manny:

What a classic moment. I forgot all about the horrible Styker experience on commentary. I thought this was the "I'm marking out bro" moment but I guess not.(when did he say that btw) LOL@Nash pop dying immediately when he started doing his slow mo offense

The E ain't low, they trying to write off Del Rio from the history books as the only man to win a 40 man Royal Rumble. Similar to how they threw the strap on Orton to write Brock off of the history books as the youngest heavyweight champ after he dipped out.

The big picture his this is Roman's rumble to seal his mega push to the title. The announcers will sell it as how Roman survived the whole roster to get to Brock. As long as Neville gets a spot to shine, Kofi does his elimination spot, and we get Wyatt, Ambrose and Reigns as the last three I'm good.

For real though, are there even 15 people on the roster the crowd cares about? This ain't like 1998-2006/2007 where they could do this have have a lot of guys who were over in the match.

'98? :russ:

That shyt was about Austin, Rock, and nobody else, and even then it was obvious Austin was winning. 2000 Rumble was pretty dry too... crowd actually chanted "aaaassssholes!" to the whole ring and chanted for Rock to come out.

The Rumble is usually a fun match anyway, no matter who's in. But throwing that extra 10 in makes it unnecessarily drawn out. Blah

I was young. Certainly couldn't nail predictions like we do now at 9 years old. :manny:
