How does this contradict anything that I said? I said that I wasn't sure about men as I'm not a guy but I do know, from a firsthand experience, that it's not actually that difficult for a woman to lose weight. I've helped many women to lose weight so I would think that I actually do know what I'm talking about.

Well it's apparent that you don't or else you wouldn't had said it :francis:

It isn't hard for anyone to lose weight regardless of sex. It's a dedication / consistency issue

I will ask again, how exactly does your previous post contradict anything that I said in my post?

You don't need a nice physique to be healthy, in shape and not overweight/obese :francis:

It's exactly the opposite, if you don't know what you're speakin on then you don't need to be making sweeping generalizations because it makes you look like a dumb ass

More muscle mass = more calories burned and men on average have substantially more, and that's only one of the advantages men have over women in that aspect

It's easy for a man to stay in somewhat decent shape. There's no excuse why all of these fat ass nikkas are the way they are outside of lack of self control
Ok, well take out the words " nice physique" and replace it with "healthy, in shape":francis:

your stars are but dust on my shoes
I generally have to educate people on this.

Usually, when you think of fat people, you think of people going ham in buffet lines and eating 3 big macs. Which can be true, but usually, this is the main culprit that's adding the pounds.

You got folks who can kill a 2 litter bottle in one day like its nothing, and doing that 7 days a week? Just landfill levels of sugar.

People thinking all those sugar filled juices are good for you
Thinking that smart water isn't packed with sugars
Reaching for gatorade instead of water to rehydrate

Lol, quite the opposite actually. That's how I know that it does work. I wouldn't give anyone advice that I was uncertain of.

Edit: It's not actually a lot if you write it down somewhere and stick to it every week. You'll eventually get used to it.

Stay in shape and lose weight are two different things...

Most women with weight issues, including myself; yo-yo.

Staying in shape is the hardest part of physical health...and because of a man's make-up it is easier for them to stay in shape. A woman is designed to carry fat for reproduction.

There's a clear difference tho, it isn't hard to be healthy in shape and not fat. It's hard for most people to have a nice physique and extremely difficult for some

shyt I've seen some Mexicans and Hindu Indians that have stayed in the gym and ate right for years that look like shyt  but they're healthy And in shape so that's all that matters in the end :yeshrug:

I can't wait to do cardio again. Having four weeks off of intense working out has drove me crazy. :snoop: I don't get how someone can not like to workout.

It's complicated for me.

I love it but I also hate it sometimes too lol.

They're definitely days where I pull up to the gym and dread walking in.

I mean do i I really wanna deadlift heavy? Or put 300 lbs over my head while I bench? Do I really have it in me to go 8 rounds working battle ropes? Im glad I can always find the energy tho bcuz it's always about the feeling afterwards. :banderas:

That said when you bust your ass in the gym you're less likely to fukk up in the kitchen

Men have to work really hard on the weights/ strength training whereas women only need to do around 30 minutes of intense cardio, some sit ups, planking and a few squats 3+ times a week to keep fit. Alternatively, they could do 1 hour of less intense cardio. This, plus having a balanced diet will help most women to stay in shape.

That's the formula for everybody

:beli:

And honestly I think women should get more weight training (seems like so many of them are scared of bulking up )

You need to have a diet plan and an exercise plan and stick to it. What I suggested in my previous post is not too difficult to do. I lost loads of weight and have managed to stay in shape for a good while now by following those steps. The only thing I changed re: losing weight vs keeping my figure was to eat more. Obviously, you improve your workouts as you get fitter but that goes without saying.

Yh, I'm quite scared of becoming too muscular. It's a silly fear but I can't help it. I'm not a fitness expert but my arms are well toned, do you think that it's because I plank during my workouts? This is a genuine question- I don't really do any other type of strength workout and I'm confused.

Planks probably help but as far as putting on bulky muscle mass you have to really tailor your diet to even allow that to happen. I'm talking adding atleast 500 calories above your basal metabolic rate. Everyday. For years. With the right diet you're much more likely to just get really lean as opposed to bulking.

And even then Most people don't have the genetics to be arnold (and that cac was on roids). And even if you do feel like you've gotten too big you can just stick to 5 hours of steady state cardio every week for about 5 months to lose some muscle

All that said you'll actually have an easier time staying lean and looking good because more muscle mass means you'll be able to burn more calories than you already do throughout the day.

So get on them compound exercises brehette :jawalrus:. Deadlifts, bench, and squats make the cypha complete

I've been 6 feet 144 pounds since I was 13 and I walk 20 miles a day. You don't need to workout.
