Stay in shape and lose weight are two different things...

Most women with weight issues, including myself; yo-yo.

Staying in shape is the hardest part of physical health...and because of a man's make-up it is easier for them to stay in shape. A woman is designed to carry fat for reproduction.
Most women have weight issues because they sit on the internet all day instead of going to the gym.

Less coli more gym and these weight issues will disappear.

My side hustle for years has been personal training and outside of that I've been in the gym got over a decade

That bein said, people have no self control when it comes to diet and how they eat :francis: this is about 90% of the population but a small percentage of that can get away with it without bein fat. The vast majority can't

People eat like shyt... Point blank period. No disciline at all like kids. nikkas look at me funny when I turn down cake and other sweets like I'm crazy, I haven't had that shyt in years and don't have a taste for it. Not only that, a lot of us feel some type of way when somebody don't want their food. A lot of women will try to damn near force food down my throat when I tell them I don't eat it "ah don't be like that just take a bite, it's good :yes:" nah bytch I just told you I don't eat that type of shyt :dahell: it ain't me actin funny, I just don't fukk with it

You need to have a diet plan and an exercise plan and stick to it. What I suggested in my previous post is not too difficult to do. I lost loads of weight and have managed to stay in shape for a good while now by following those steps. The only thing I changed re: losing weight vs keeping my figure was to eat more. Obviously, you improve your workouts as you get fitter but that goes without saying.

Again... Speak for yourself... It's not easy to maintain weight loss...
It has been scientifically proven that once you lose weight, the results you get from a workout (challenging or not) is not the same as an equivalent workout prior to weight loss.

Maintaining weight loss is harder. It is not easy, whether one is consistent or not.

It has been scientifically proven that once you lose weight, the results you get from a workout (challenging or not) is not the same as an equivalent workout prior to weight loss.

Maintaining weight loss is harder. It is not easy, whether one is consistent or not.
It would be interesting to see what they consider a "workout".

Doesn't have any appeal to me, if Ima cheat it's gonna be with a big ass double bacon cheeseburger with cheese fries or dipped Italian beef, gyro plate or some shyt with hella fat and hella protein :ahh: or alcohol :jawalrus:


Some people are snack types and some are meat and potatoe types. Too much sugar makes me feel weird as fukk and noxious now


Different strokes fam :manny: can't have too many vices and that's a lot of nikkas problems. You want to eat like shyt, drink like shyt, smoke, and fukk with that shyt

Pick one in moderation and be cool with that.

I've been 6 feet 144 pounds since I was 13 and I walk 20 miles a day. You don't need to workout.

6'5", 200 lbs, my body fat measured at 14 %, the first place I hit after work is the gym. Losing weight is not hard, it is not rocket science. Eat properly and hit the gym and it should come off. When I moved out of my parents, I was eating junk food since I didn't know how to cook, I was damn near 245 :scust:. I went online, found some meal plans and hit the weights, I have been doing it consistently since 2013. I have always been physically active.

Can't picture myself dating a woman whose shopping cart is full of chips, sodas, etc. :scust:. I do choose one day off the week where I do eat like shyt because sometimes I just want to enjoy pizza.

Yea in a way. Especially if you dating seriously, some will try to fatten you up because of the attention you get

I've been there. The less you weigh, the less calories you burn in said workout

Started off skinny, got swole (5'8 215), then got fat after my girl of seven years threw me to the bushes (5'8" 260 lbs) then got back down to 5'8 200 (so pissed that I lost all that muscle :to:. It mostly came out of my arms and thighs)



That said I was able to get down to 215 with just diet and cardio but plateaued there because my body became so effecient running for an hour straight.

I was only able to break the 15% bodyfat mark and get down to 10% by doing HIIT (basically doing ten 100 meter yard sprints and 8 rounds of battle ropes).


Ok, that was a lot to type up for what I really wanted to ask.

Do you ever switch up your routine? Because like me you may have a plateau issue. Once you get to a certain fitness point HIIT may be a lot more beneficial than cardio (though cardio is still important because it's good for heart health)

Skinny fat :blessed: I eat whatever i want barely have a gut. Probably could get ripped if i put in the time and diet but to me good food>>>6pack.

But the metabolism is slowing :sadcam:

I have 0% body fat and I can eat as much as that as I want. Matter of fact I think I'll be havin some cobbler tonight, thank you Breh.:eat:
