It's also about the infrastructure and the overwhelming amount of people between 25-40 who want to live in the actual city compared to cities like Miami and Atlanta, where people live all around the county but few actually want to live in the actual city.

It's not just cost of living. People are moving to California in droves and they have similar cost of living and tax issues, to put it lightly. The issue is also that the city is changing. Cultures are being erased or pushed aside - I'm talking about black, Rican, Dominican, etc etc as white people take over. At this point the only "culture" white people respect are ones they can eat - authentic Mexican food, soul food, Mediterranean, etc. But it comes to other shyt they want you outta there lol.

1st you say they weren't creating new jobs, so what were they doing creating old jobs?
2nd you said they were importing workers elsewhere , im sure NYC has more than enough talented individuals that the majority of the jobs werent coming elsewhere

Breh free market economy is the reason why we can have cheap shoes and cheap products in general. I spot a socialist. Socialism only works with small countries breh (Nordic countries etc.). The free market rewards the winners so tgat they can keep producing for the betterment of society (even if they are producing for selfish reasons).
