Cops are playing dirty by not being around to deter shootings. On a normal 4th of July weekend they'd be out en masse. You got a police chief literally saying protests against police brutality are causing these shootings. The increase in violence is political.

Bruh I'm from here. I lot of this shyt has nothing to do with poverty or trying to make it out. Unlike in the 90s and 00s where killing were actually over money, drug territory, etc. These nikkas are just straight shooters.
