When I was on papers for a year I aint have to check in so.............

I was on papers for 3 years. Never took a piss test. Only time I saw my P.O. was when I first got on for her to check where I was living and when I moved. She called a few times to see if I was still working and still living in the same place. In Louisiana as long as you stay paid up on fees they don't really fukk with you too much. I knew nikkas on the color shyt. They get a color in the beginning. They have to call and if their color comes up they gotta take a piss test.

fukk jail. Anything could happen and add time to your sentence. Some nikkas don't give a fukk in jail

Breh...mine would get mad when I'd call. She literally asked with an attitude: "Um...why are you calling me? You don't need to call and check in..." (I had a simple question cuz tha incident happened out of my county). So least to say she never called me or any of that, didnt have to check in shyt, send anything in....only thing I couldnt do was drink alcohol and drive. They didn't even check Marijuana which is what I've been pulled over wit every trip and had to do a 3 day OVI class for.

Jail.
Once I got thru being in the bullpen, then quarantine and the first 24 to 48 hrs I was ok. nikkas who ain't been in general population crying and might feel claustrophobic being in the cell on 23 hr lock down. I was glad I wasnt no little nikka so I got called "big brah" "big homie" which gave me some semblance that I had some respect to make it through my time with no issues

They rarely let you do that anymore. I had a little case and was given 12 months probation. I asked to take 30 days inside and they wouldn’t let me

If they feel like saying you violated, you going to jail for a couple of years. Probation officers have more authority than judges. shyt is straight criminal as fukk.

Not true at all...and every situation is unique....back in 2007 I had 3 years probation with mandatory visit to po office and piss test every month. Had to notify if I left state as well.

I wrote a letter to judge when I almost went to Army...put me on admin probation....which was a cake walk...kept my nose clean for 2 years

A lot of y’all dudes REALLY don’t understand how crooked the probation system is.

It’s possible to do everything right and still have some fukk shyt happen to you that sends you away for a longer time than 45 days.

I understand why nikkas don’t want to do 45 days but I done seen some shyt with nikkas on probation..
