This depends on a variety of things, the question as posed is too vague. It depends on what you have to lose, it depends on the jail you have to go to. I can tell you the wildest jail I ever went into was Dauphin County Prison (which us the county jail for Harrisburg, PA), that shyt is a rumble room and alota cats wouldn't be cut out for it...

I did 30 months on probation from March 2015 to September 2017. Revocation would have carried 17-30 months in prison. I violated once in March '16 and did six days in jail (three weekends)...

When I was younger, I've done stretches of time in the hole/box in prison, I got sent up for 45-days in 2008 for gang participation. That was the box, also did 28 for "disobeying an order", 28 for fighting, 29 for disobeying an order, 5/3/07-1/23/08 for gang participation/assault on officer/rioting, 20 days for fighting, 45 days for gang participation, 8/25/08-2/6/09 for weapon possession, another 20 days for fighting....this was all time in the hole...

I think the question would be better framed if it wasn't so vague but great topic @Silver Surfer! I can't say what I'd take right now because I'm no longer in the frame of mind to do shyt that will put me in that position, but I've done well over 45 days in jails, well over 45 days in solitary confinement, and I've completed a 30-month probation sentence, so take it for what its worth!

If they feel like saying you violated, you going to jail for a couple of years. Probation officers have more authority than judges. shyt is straight criminal as fukk.

The 45 days is really only 30 days in jail and for good behavior I might even do less

Probation for 2.5 years is too much and I aint got time for it

You sound dumb as hell...I have at least 8 months worth of money put to side for Bill's and my kids....but I move like i got shyt to lose....I dont look at going away for 45 days as an option or even acceptable
