Very nice and all, but not too many players today would be dribbling the ball the way they are without AI's influence. AI pretty much fathered a lot of the more complex hesitation dribbles used today.

End of the day Lebron who's one of the most analytic-friendly, high BBIQ players in NBA history said AI was the best pound for pound player of all-time. His opinion > pure stat buffs'.

I don't understand why people use these types of arguments.

You don't think there's legends that completely disagree with LeBron about that?

Simpleton arguments....arguing a team record with or without any said player is cringe worthy. ..and I'm not arguing in favor of AI.

nikka got easily outplayed by Ray Allen, Vince Carter & Reggie Miller in that 2001 Finals run while shooting in the low 40's in every single round but we're supposed to give him a pass because he was short, had an aesthetically pleasing game & stepped over Ty Lue? :dahell:

Is that what y'all nikkas are really saying? :aicmon:

These are probably the same posters that were calling Derozan & Lowry bums throughout last season's playoffs too. :dead:

Volume scoring should not be taken seriously if you're TS% is below 55%. I mean that's just pathetic.

Man some of y'all really are disrepecting the great "Bubba Chuck" out here lmao. Even the cats y'all claiming are better would probably tell y'all themselves that AI was better than them on any given day!

Don't believe it go tweet (or some shyt) them directly, so you can snap back to reality.

The fact the you have to have this argument/debate in 2016 proves the boy was great and is the pound for pound best to EVER do it. Stats or no stats, ring or no rings! He did it his way and he changed the game while doing it. You gotta salute that and respect it!

Ah yes and AI thread which means we are guaranteed the following:

fukk stats, only white geeks care about that (:whoa: unless they support my stance)

Bu...bu...but AI never had help aside from a DPOY, 6th MOY, Melo and other talented players in DEN, the core of a squad that had dominated the east for 6 years in DET, and Stackhouse. The fact that he had issues fitting in with other talented players is immaterial.

He carried a squad to the Finals all by himself because 6MOY, DPOY, and COY don't count and it doesn't matter that he never came close to "carrying" any other team anywhere near as far. There is no way that was just one lucky year.

Bu...bu...but he was only 6 feet which is taller than the likes of Spud and Muggsy and my nikka Terrell Brandon among others that we rarely if ever talk about and certainly don't elevate because of their height.

One day cats will understand the the amount of love you have for a player has nothing to do with how good they are/were....probably not :heh:.

I actually somewhat agree he was one of the best of all time but was only effective with a team taylor made for him like the 01 sixers.
