He got players to play 100%, but he was absolutely clueless like Mike Nolan. He may had a chance if he kept Mike Martz. He got Martz to change his play calling by incorporating more running plays. Was pretty creative. Putting Vernon Davis in the backfield. But he fired him and did the Tecmo Bowl offense.

I personally think Chip needs a year off, maybe two and go to an ACC or SEC school. He likes top competition but he is a control freak who's a terrible people's person. I think a school like Boston College or South Carolina would do him some good.

He needs to avoid the PAC 12.
