Can't blame him on the Kaep thing. 1) Kaep wasn't ready and 2) Management wanted Blaine. Remembe, Baalke was willing to trade Kaep and go into the season as Blaine being the unquestioned starter.

As for mind boggling plays, yes, he did make these dumb decisions but at least on the offensive side of the ball he was pretty good. The offense would have done better with actual talent.

Yep, it wasn't just a talent thing.

Too many games where his coaching cost the team.

- Jets game, going super conservative in the 2nd half.
- Seahawks game, trying to keep running w/ DuJuan Harris and Draughn down in the 2nd half when the pass was working better
- Playing scared vs. Bears and not letting Kaepernick throw
- Not managing early leads
- Not taking chances with a team going nowhere
