What do you think "performance mode" is on these ps5 titles? They run the games in a lower resolution & fidelity to where 120fps or locked 60 is possible.

Basically. LG makes the panel for the Vizio OLED, but I don't know the details or differences in the chipsets and other electronics. Probably still better than any LCD on the strength of OLED technology.

If she's into movies, take her somewhere like a Best Buy with a Magnolia and let her see an OLED next to an LCD playing the same 4K BR in a light controlled room. Unless her vision is bad, or she's a liar, she'll acknowledge the difference.

It will justify the price difference. It's a flat out better product. Relate it to something she does care about, and that you get what you pay for.
