I think Ryan is broken mentally and physically a lot of these guys when they come off roids go from feeling like Superman back to Clark Kent and it fukks w them. You’re recovering longer from training, you cant go as hard, if you are taking shortcuts anywhere in training(which a lot of people have said Ryan does) it’s going to hurt you more.
