Haney is at least 1 or 2 levels below both Shakur and Tank Davis.

Never quite got the hype that surrounded him. He never beat anyone good and by the eye test, there was nothing extraordinary about him.
When he was with Floyd Sr. The total package was there.

Tank beats all of these guys tho, Shakur included

Ward is doing too much. This entire panel is doing too much, Loma lost straight up. Didn’t do enough to beat the champ in his hometown
All fight long

"This fight could go either way. The scorecards have to be close :damn:"

After the fight

"Well...you know. Loma threw more and he landed more. And he won 10-11 decisively. We need to take a deeper look into why Haney was given the rounds he was given. :skip: "

I'm waiting for that pound for pound list. I missed the fight. Got drunk and fell asleep.

The result was what I predicted. But reading the comments not the as clean cut at it should have been.

Stephen A makes no sense. “Haney may have won” but says “there should not have been a 116-112 score or a 115-113 call”.

115-113 is as close as you could make it unless
you have an even round.

There were a lot of close rounds
:laff: Right. Tell me you don't know shyt about boxing without telling me you don't know shyt about boxing brehs

Cacs gon find some way to use the “this why UFC is taking over” line after tonight lmaoo

"
It's why UFC is genuinely taking over.

Bad decisions aside, there's simply too many decisions nowadays. Seems like everybody is a points fighter in the lower weightclasses.

This wouldn't be an issue if judges actually scored fights correctly but when every match is a decision and you already know which fighter is gonna get the nod if it's even remotely close, shyt just becomes boring. Decisions aren't bad, not calling decision fights boring, but they absolutely are boring when they're predictable.

And now, you can literally guess who's getting the nod based on the scores being read out. 116-112 tells me that the judge had already given Haney the win before Loma started taking over the fight.

Hey look...I feel for Loma shedding tears for not bringing the titles to his sons but Haney won the fight. Pretty close. Loma fought hard..harder than I thought he would. This alone is better than Tank's whole career.
