Ive easily done 20k steps and felt I could go 10 more. I hit 12k now just doing my normal temperate weather routine. I would have to step things up as my current pace YTD makes the 5 mill flat worth it, but I could absolutely juice another 500k with some strategic movement.
I'm taking the cash, almost always. There's no money like guaranteed money. Y'all can play these little wrist watch calculator games that rely on everything breaking right for you in life (you don't lose the ability to walk, you aren't hospitalized, etc), just let me have my effortless 5 million and retire in peace. 
I get about 15-20k in steps a day, make money and lose weight shyt I'll take that.

You could literally cop a treadmill, and just do one mile, every hour, on the hour on an off day and knock this out easily.

I feel you. But if you could make way more than that, why not just stack until the end of the year, then invest the larger amount?
