Never been a huge fan but I see nothing wrong with how he treats that aspect of his job.

This right here. You always hear announcers praise defensive backs for this. You got burned on that last play? Put it out of your mind and move on to the next play. Have to be able to do that to be great. Need to focus on the present and not dwell on the past. Winning several defensive player of the year awards should be a sign he puts in the work. The constant sulking and pouting during a loss isn't needed. There's enough guys who do that as is.

That's the best part about these clowns. They forget the lakers being swept when Phil was the coach against those Mavericks. They think that Kobe would win with no shooting or bench and with Erik Spoelstra as the coach?
. I'm 2014 Miami lost with James getting 28/8/4 with a shooting slash of 57/52/79, and they lost historically badly. He was basically the only member of the organization on any level who showed up for the finals that year. Somehow a guy who scored less on worse efficiency and is an inferior defender is gonna change that series?
