Being over a loss 5 minutes after it happens implies not caring or dwelling over the game basically moments after the whistle sounds. ...which is fine, some players treat basketball like a 9 to 5...he loses, so what he's off the clock...that's his prerogative...just considering we're a decade into his career and he has shown little progression in his post game and now that he isn't the freak athlete that he once was he has even less impact, while simultaneously continuing to cry about touches like post possessions for him aren't wastes...and certainly demanding a another max contract. ..as a fan with a rooting interest in seeing my teams win I'd prefer a franchise player that used losing as fuel to get better (something dwight hasnt done) rather simply getting over it...not even a criticism, more an observation

If getting a good post game is so easy, why doesn't every 7 footer just magically get one? I don't know why people pretend that he just chooses to not be Hakeem from the post or Curry from the line.

I'm someone who think Dwight has always caught some excessive hate but honestly if he showed improvement then I don't think this would be as big of a story. He hasn't won much, gets over it quickly, then next game, month, or season, he plays the same way, the cycle repeats.

I don't think Melo actually gets a pass though he gets his fair share of criticism it just seems to have simmered down a bit cause he's passing more and seems (keyword) willing to endure the Porzingis project.

And while I don't know any Melo stories of him being ultra-competitive are there any of him getting over losses ASAP?
