Where I come from, you tip the waiters who serve you well. You don't tip those who fukk up your order, are grumpy, take too long to come, etc. It's a traditional courtesy, one that those people count on to complement their income.

I tip but I think its ridiculous how the restaurants dont pay them shyt. Now that I think about it having a resturant is a pretty good business...where else can you pay workers less than 3 dollars an hr and they take it?

I'll never forget when my friends overworked this waiter and thought it would be a good idea to not leave a tip since we wouldn't be coming back. A few months later it was late and not many spots were open. So this girl was like lets go to that spot with the dope burgers. I was like fukk it what's the chances that we'd get the same waiter. We walked into that joint and sat down and guess who walked up to us ready to serve. The same got damn waiter.

Waiter: Hey yall what can I get you

Everyone made their orders and I decided I'd just have a sprite with ice. He made us wait extra long and there were only 3 other people in the restaurant. My friend didn't get enough sauce with his pasta and he asked for more.

Friend: There isn't enough sauce on this pasta.
Waiter: Oh trust me.... there's sauce on there but I can take it back have some more put on it
Friend: Nah I'm good
