50 Cent's teenage son feels like he's been replaced by the rapper's new baby -- saying he hasn't seen his dad in nearly two years ... in fact, he didn't even know he had a half-brother until TMZ broke the story.

Marquise Jackson's mother Shaniqua Tompkins tells TMZ, the last time 50 Cent saw 17-year-old Marquise was May 2012, several months before 50's second child Sire Jackson was born.

We're told Fiddy hasn't even spoken to Marquise since the two had a very public falling out in January 2013 over text messages.

The fight stemmed from a botched visitation attempt -- 50 claimed he showed up to Marquise's house in Atlanta to visit, but Marquise refused to answer the door, and the texts that followed were brutal ... including messages like, "F**k you stop texting me" and "I don't have a son anymore."

Now Marquise feels abandoned ... because 50 is showering Sire with attention and hasn't bothered to reach out to Marquise.

As for 50, his rep tells TMZ, "50 is saddened by the attention-seeking tactics of his son's mother. He remains a proud and supportive father and feels blessed to have two sons." A source connected to 50 says the woman hasn't worked since 2002 and this is ultimately a money grab.

As we reported, 50 recently posted doting photos of Sire on Instagram, but quickly removed them out of concern for Sire's safety.

Who can judge the situation... but really i mean i am sure whatever nutso or not level 50 is on, i am sure he didnt suddenly change 2 years ago...

Its not that unusual for fathers and sons to develop hostility as the song enters manhood that isn't resolved until 5-10 years later when the son has his own household.

nikka is 17 years old, I'm sure child support goes through to his mom as I'm also sure there are more things happening than are being said. You don't wait two years, on either side to lash out because you want some 'love'. 50 is a very vindictive person and undoubtedly, his son faced the wrath of that as I'm sure that his mom has put some bullshyt in his head about his dad as well. Thing is, he's 17 years old, one year away from legal adulthood. He needs to worry about himself and handle this shyt privately. The media isn't going to shame 50 into doing something, he truly doesn't give a fukk about that. I grew up in a single parent household, when I was 17, the 'why don't my daddy want me' phase was long gone. He needs to do the same. We don't even know if this is genuine as well as this is his mom talking to TMZ. Why the fukk is she talking to TMZ, she is known for getting nutted in by a rich nikka, what is her contribution to society that we know of outside of that? shyt just seems fraudulent. However, lil nikka needs to get his own weight up and try not to rely on his dysfunctional ass parents.
