IMO I think what we are seeing is Oprah trying to get back in good with the Me Too movement. She knows she can't go at Harvey Weinstein or any other elite white person because she won't have any support and they can ruin her if so inclined. The safest bet is to go after black people (black men in this case) because you rarely have any sort of major media outlets willing to support us when it comes to pathology or criminal matters. With this strategy she is safe from white anger and able to look like she has been a major Me Too supporter.

This is completely different, the world at large does not care or pay attention to rap beefs and lyrics. They are focused on this #metoo exposal era

Continuing to paint black men as the face of predatory behavior and heinous acts is wrong and Oprah seems like she is completely fine doing it.

Kelly and others did wrong but they pale in comparison to Les Moonves (ran the number 1 network and its subsidiaries), Weinstain( ran the whole Hollywood), Epstain(connected with world leaders), etc. Cacs had far more control and did far worse but they get to roam free or play the background with minimal coverage
