You're a fukking dummy. Oh man. I'm just gonna save this thread for when the judge doesn't throw it out and allows it to proceed

Next time read your own links. Did you just Google lawsuits and not read the actual articles breh? :dead:

I'm a dummy but you thought mixtapes were dead because they were giving away music :laff:

No I actually had federal paperwork and the words of actual lawyers and mixtape DJs seeing how I was working with them during that time

Again. Show me the law that says you can steal people's work as long as you don't sell it. I'll wait

If you had lawyers paperwork and all that information then you would have clearly known why the mixtape djs got sued. Studio leaks stolen from labels were ending up on mixtapes as exculsives before they got on albums.

Labels got mad at that fact and djs making money off it. They used the promo defense but found the CDs had barcodes and a distribution network. Busted the distributors and seizes merchandise from djs and retailers. Key words. Sold sold sold. Money made... Monetized. Don't be an idiot, try an understand the words of those actual lawyers because I can't simplify this any further.

Comprehension fails all day. Rick ross did not sell his mixtape.

And nobody said he sold it. And he's still getting sued. So like I said. I'll be back for apologies when the judge allows the case to go through.

Until then. Peace

So Ross makes a remix of the #1 song in the country at the time (hello) with all of Adele's vocals and she's cool with it.

He raps over a 10 year old 50 cent song and this bitter a$$ hater is going to actually file a lawsuit ?

That is the opposite of hip hop. I'm officially never supporting 50 ever again. Dead serious.

shows that either 50's pockets are hurting or he's just trying to annoy people.

Does 50 even own the rights to the beat though ? Pretty sure Dr Dre does and Dr Dre and Rick Ross are friends so this wont go far just more money wasted on lawyers

and on top of that, any money won will go to the bankruptcy court. You can win money and NOT pay your debtors
