Beenie Seigel was def a problem in South Philly before getting into the rap game..and I knew this even though I was residing all the way in West.. and I say "all the way" because as anyone from Philly will tell you it's a huge city, and being in one section (south) relative to being in another (west) can be like two different worlds at times.. so for him to be having his name whispered through them West Philly streets every now and then, and he was bullying in South Ph the whole time, says a lot.
