He's not an indie artist, not in the least bit, he burned a bridge with Jimmy and he was getting played by Jimmy over and over again. Jimmy would green light fif to get him excited and then pull the rug from under him each and everytime. Think about this, fif could not get a release date but you had some lowly artist getting releases and selling 50 to 100 thousand CD's. So UMG moved him from Interscope to Caroline, negotiating his publishing and who's the custodian of said publishing. Interscope is the custodian of said publishing but fif will still get points on the music if it's in movies or used for songs, just my best guess work.
I still believe it all boils down to 50 releasing headphones directly competing with dre and jimmys beats brand.

Psychic? Ray Charles could see Fifty was gonna make money! When were you born, last week? Prior to him signing that contract with Interscope, 50 was arguably the biggest artist in the game, before he even put pen to paper. This was like Lebron James walking around as a free agent for a time there. That's the point I'm making ol' can't understand what an analogy is ass nikka.

You acting like Fif hasn't taken shots at nikkas he fukked with before too. This the same nikka who has tossed everyone in his kliq in the bushes. All them nikkas got tossed. All I'm saying is he should take shots at Em if he wants to be relevant again. Why you so upset about this relationship ending? It's not that serious breh. I just want 50 to make street gun clapping music or Em to be a lyrical beast otherwise both them bytches add zero value.

Like I didn't know that he was blowing up :lupe: :rudy:

Fact is he went to Interscope and blew up...that's it!! Stop arguing that!!

And didn't I mention that he took shots at Dre and Iovine who was in his kliq...so? :mindblown:

Also :dahell: @ dissing Eminem to attain relevancy. The fukk!?! He won't become relevant by doing something that asinine. nikka just mentioned in a interview that everything is on good terms. So this whole shyt is a moot point.

I'm sorry but those features are :flabbynsick: . And 2 albums from this dude is waaaay to much. He's good for a 10 song album and that's bout it. 50 only cool over a slow New York gritty sample beat anything else he is :trash:.

I wanna cop, but I don't like Kid kid, even his name is wack, even worse than hot rod. I might boycott this shyt until he makes up with banks :to:

50 stans gonna eat this up...haters gonna hate, but trust, if an actual g-unit reunion happens, there will be a whole new interest from people who lie outside of those two categories.

50 Cent is where he is because of Eminem and that deal he signed over there

No way that nikka got down with Def Jam or some other label and had anywhere near the success he had over there

50 wasn't close to being the hottest nikka in the game prior to gettin down with Em

In 2002 it was all about Cam and then the Dips, Hov was still hot, Em was in prime mode, Nas was fresh off Stillmatic, even AZ made a comeback droppin an album 2 years in a row for the first time in his career

Then you had The Fix, Styles P debut album, not to mention Nellyville, etc

Most people prior to his Em signing only knew 50 as some nikka who made "How To Rob" a few years back

Other than that 50 was a nobody and this coming from a nikka who fukked with 50 before the Shady Records craze

None of them tracks on Guess Who's Back were hits, got radio play, or even got mixtape placements like that so I dont get where nikkaz get this 50 was huge before the Em deal from

Em and Dre made him hot and that Em cosign coming around the time of Eminem Show and 8 Mile was what skyrocketed him to the success he had

If Em and Dre are so powerful and the reason why 50 Cent was so successful what happened with D-12, Obie Trice, Ca$his, Skylar Grey, Royce da 5'9", Slaughterhouse, Yelawolf, Bobby Creekwater, Bishop Lamont, or Stat Quo who was also backed by Em and Dre.

D-12 and Obie Trice both went multi platinum

I have no clue who Cashish is

The Beef DVD explained why Royce fell out with Em and Dre so early on, had it not been for that I have no doubt he woulda went multi

Slaughterhouse was after record sales fell off for everyone

No clue who Bobby Creekwater is

Stat Quo wasn't making tracks

Bishop Lamont didnt appeal to people

Skylar and Yelawolf I'm not too familiar with

Like I said, 50 Cent was not a popular artist till he got down with Em and Dre, no way in hell nikkaz can deny that, I dont even think 50 himself would

Nobody except people like me who were 50 Cent fans prior to the signing with Shady became big news were checking for 50

Like I said, none of them tracks on Guess Who's Back were hits, Em cosigning him at a time when he just went diamond and 8 Mile was the biggest movie and soundtrack is what blew 50 up

On any other label 50 would have been lucky to sell 1/10 of what he sold with Em and Dre
