Yeah, I think 50's been pretty unlistenable since 2008 or so, but I was a day 1 fan, reading in The Source about "How To Rob", and buying 'In Too Deep' soundtrack, having to scan OHHLA to find tracks that were available, I remember I had a kid in my 9th grade class, who became one of my best friends burn me a cd, with 'That Ain't Gangsta' and 'Gun Runner" on it, on it, and finally copping that "Power Of The Dollar" ep, all my friends remember how I put them on 50 early. 'I'ma Hustler' was my favorite track of that. That whole sound was Columbia in the late 90's, the Trackmasters sound.

Album was always ehh to me, it’s cool, 🤷🏽‍♂️.

I think people gas it cause it’s his first? I can’t call it, maybe they just think it’s fire. Was never like that to me.

“Corner Bodega” still my bop tho.. GQ, Good Die, etc… couple more classic records. A lot of mid tho on that jawn..imo
