50 and most rich people will probably pay more taxes under biden but I doubt the top rate will be 62%. Trump lowered the cap on deductions for sate and local taxes and some top dems are trying to restore the deduction so the top rate might be around 52% on income above $400,000 regardless on where you're at. Rich people use deductions, capital gains, and business to drop their tax bill so they pay less than you think.
