They need to divide Michigan into the Black folks, random ass Iraq in Dearborn, and whites. I don't eat pasties. In Detroit, it's all about Coney Island (Detroit Coney Dog :') )

What type of sauce do you guys use? We have the best sauce here in KC. Problem is, it gives bad bbq cooks an excuse not to season the meat properly.

Eastern Carolina Barbecue sauce. It resembles mustard but no mustard is in it.

New Mexico: Green Chile

Unanimously, New Mexico is perfectly represented by this green chile sauce – made from local Hatch chiles – that locals put on everything, from eggs to burritos to cheeseburgers. Distinctly different than chili (which can be made with chiles), green sauce, jalapeños, and poblanos, green chile is chosen over any of the laters for just about any occasion.

The greatest compliment to any food EVER!
